2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E Review

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E: Performance

The 2023 Mustang Mach-E comes equipped with a standard-range battery (70kWh usable capacity) that comes with rear-wheel drive, although optional eAWD (electronic all-wheel drive) is available. It can reach levels of torque generation up to 317 lb-ft. For those interested in speed, this base model of the Mach-E can go from 0 to 60 MPH in 5.8 seconds, giving you an edge on the road.

It has an EPA-estimated range of 247 miles on a full charge. You’ll get where you need to go with ease, among other adventures and errands. The only caveat to the range is that it is dependent on a few outside factors, like external environment, maintenance, battery age, and more. With regular upkeep and appropriate treatment, you’ll be lighting up the road for all the miles to come.

2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E: Comfort & Convenience

Climbing into the driver’s seat, you’ll be exposed to luxuries, like the ActiveX™ seating material that comes in black onyx. There’s also an 8-way power driver seat that features support for fore/aft, up/down, power lumbar, and power recline functions. The front passenger seat offers comfort as well with a 4-way manual seat that has fore/aft functions with manual recline.

The drainable frunk (front trunk) is versatile in its uses and will make your life easier. You can use it to store groceries and muddy gear, like shoes or body protection elements, that you can wash off in the frunk since it has an ease-of-use drain. This also makes it terrific for when you want to take the adventure to new destinations as you can fill the frunk with ice and create a moving cooler. When you’re done, just unplug the drain to let the water filter out.

Ford Co-Pilot360™ Technology comes preprogrammed into the Mustang Mach-E, giving you direct access to a bounty of options right off the bat. Some of these are:

• BLIS® (Blind Spot Information System) with Cross-Traffic Alert
• Lane-Keeping System with Lane-Keeping Alert, Lane-Keeping Aid, and Driver Alert
• Pre-Collision Assist with Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), including Pedestrian Detection, Forward Collision Warning, and Dynamic Brake Support
• Post-Collision Braking
• Rear Parking Sensors and Rear View Camera
