Q: What are the benefits of FordPass?
A: FordPass is the only app that lets you earn complimentary maintenance and puts rewards, roadside assistance, and connectivity in the palm of your hand. You earn Points for many of the things you already do, including 10 Points for every $1 you spend on service and maintenance.

Q: When should I change the oil in my vehicle?
A: The frequency with which you should have your oil changed depends on what type of oil you have running through your engine. If you drive an older car that uses conventional oil, it's recommended it gets switched out about every 3,000 to 5,000 miles. A newer car that runs on synthetic oil needs to have it changed between 6,000 and 7,500 miles.

Q: What kind of services do you offer?

Q: When should I have my tires rotated?
A: You should have your tires rotated every 5,000 to 8,000 miles. You can see the tire manufacturer for specific recommendations.

Q: How often should I have my brakes inspected or serviced?
A: The brake system is one of the most important safety mechanisms in your vehicle. You should have your brakes inspected regularly- once every 12 months of 12,000 miles, at minimum. If you notice any change in your braking feel free to contact our service department for questions and concerns. Or schedule an appointment to have your brakes inspected.

Q: What is the Zurich Shield®?
A: Zurich Shield® is an advanced, industrial-strength formula that protects your paint down to the molecular level, so you don’t have to worry if your car suddenly develops paint damage, which happens more often than you may realize. Oxidation and pollutants can strip away and corrode the paint on your vehicle within just a few years which would then require a trip to a body shop. Zurich Shield® has you covered for the life of your vehicle both inside and out.

Q: What are some warning signs that I need my brakes replaced?
A: few signs you might experience is pulling when you apply the brakes, odd sounds like grinding, the brake light is turned on, or vibrations because a rotor is warped. Our technicians can help you out if you're experiencing any of these problems.

A: Your vehicle's owner's manual will provide recommendations on when to replace your tires, and our service team can also provide you with information on recommended replacement intervals based on your vehicle make and model.

Q: Can I get my vehicle serviced if it is from a different dealership or manufacturer?
A: Yes, we offer service and repairs for many different vehicle makes and models, even if they were not purchased at our dealership or from the same manufacturer. Our service team can provide you with information on pricing and options for non-dealership repairs.

Q: How do I know which part I need for my vehicle?
A: Our parts team can assist you with identifying the right part for your vehicle based on your vehicle make, model, and year, as well as the specific part you need.
