A Homegrown Family Business

Every great business starts with a dream. For dynamic husband and wife duo Gary and Ellie Toczko, theirs centered around a desire to grow something great together–something aside from their four kids, that is.

When they first bought their plot of land in the hills of Northeastern Pennsylvania, they weren’t quite sure what they would plant. Grapes came at the suggestion of loved ones later, and the Toczkos realized just how perfect the vines turned out to be.

From here, their business and their vineyard just seemed to keep on growing, eventually turning into the dual brewery they now run alongside it. There’s really no telling how the Toczko’s harvest will evolve next!

Flagship Nimble Hill Wines

Nimble Hill’s list of wines is expansive and includes a wide array of reds, whites, dry, and sweet sippers.

Among them, one of the best is their 2017 Toczko Vineyard Riesling. This sweet and subtly limey wine was voted the “Best White Wine in PA” at the 2018 Sommelier Judgment Day.

Year-Round Brew Selections

The standard rotation of Nimble Hill beers is loaded with a diverse array of malty, hoppy, and biscuity beers. If you’re a true beer lover and like to sip across the full spectrum, their selection should quench your mighty thirst.

Our top beer selection would have to be the Hop Bottom IPA. This 7% ABV IPA is refreshingly aromatic while still delivering crisp malt character throughout.
