The Country Bowl consists of scrambled eggs that are mixed with diced sausage and ham, sautéed peppers and onions, and Cooper American cheese, served over fried potatoes with hollandaise sauce.
- Vegan Burger Taco. For lunch, we suggest the Vegan Burger Taco. You’ll get two crispy corn taco shells stuffed with jerk-seasoned and sautéed Impossible ground vegan beef, avocado vegan ranch, chipotle mango relish, cilantro, and fresh lime.
- Grilled Salmon Filet. The Grilled Salmon Filet is one of the many popular dinner dishes at The State Street Grille. Along with the delicious grilled filet, you’ll get a sweet potato, beet, carrot, and broccoli stem hash that’s sautéed with olive oil, fresh herbs, haricot verts, tarragon lemon vinaigrette, and radish julienne.
